Kingsley Eze is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Tenece Group, a multidimensional and integrated conglomerate with a core focus on technology and diversification into multiple industries. Under his leadership, Tenece Group has expanded across various sectors, including Information Technology, Real Estate, Consumer Goods, Agribusiness, Energy/Power, and Entertainment. Some of the prominent subsidiaries within the group include Tenece Professional Services Limited, which operates in Nigeria, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Ethiopia, Uganda, Malawi, South Africa, Mauritius and Dubai, UAE; Genesys Tech Hub, an innovation centre and venture studio; Private Estates International West Africa, a real estate development firm; and Chloe Hygiene Products Limited, a baby care and FMCG company.

Kingsley Eze is among the emerging business leaders and corporate executives driving Nigeria and Africa’s economic expansion into new frontiers. His illustrious career spans diverse sectors such as manufacturing, banking, venturing, information technology, real estate, and business consulting.
His professional journey commenced at Diamond Bank as a financial analyst before transitioning to Accenture, where he worked as a technology consultant. Demonstrating exceptional innovation and leadership capabilities, he later served as the founding Managing Director/CEO of GPS Solution Limited and CFS West Africa. Between 2005 and 2008, he led the e-business strategic business unit at NEXTZON Business Services Limited, where he led groundbreaking e-government and technology strategy initiatives in Nigeria, providing transformation strategies in areas such as land reform and public sector digitalization.
In 2008, Kingsley embarked on an entrepreneurial journey by establishing Tenece Professional Services Limited from the BQ of his residence in Lekki, Lagos. The company’s first office was later established in Enugu, and today, Tenece stands as a formidable name in Nigeria’s IT landscape, offering enterprise transformation and technology consulting services. His passion for addressing the talent gap in southeastern Nigeria led to the establishment of Genesys Tech Hub, the largest tech hub in southeast Nigeria. Genesys has impacted thousands of young professionals through initiatives such as the Learnable Internship Program, which has produced over 4,000 techies, many of whom have secured positions at global corporations like Microsoft and Google. Additionally, Genesys has supported over 16 tech-enabled businesses and provided funding for eight promising startups.
Contributions to Policy and Governance
Kingsley’s relentless commitment to promoting SMEs and innovation in Nigeria earned him a seat on the Presidential Advisory Group on Technology and Creativity, where he collaborates with government and stakeholders to develop policies that foster creativity and innovation. In 2023, he was appointed to the transition committee of the Executive Governor of Enugu State, Dr. Peter Mbah, where he contributed his expertise in digital transformation and economic development strategies.
Educational Background and Professional Development
Born on May 14, 1972, Enugu at the Mother of Christ hospital in the Obinofia Ndiune community, Ezeagu Local Government Area of Enugu State, Kingsley is the second of five children of Mr. Ben and Mrs. Obiageli Eze. He began his education at WTC Primary School, Enugu, and continued at Command Day Secondary School, in Enugu and St. Charles Special Science School, Onitsha.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Computer Science and Engineering from Enugu State University of Science and Technology. Furthering his academic pursuits, he obtained an MSc and a PhD in Business Management from the University of Nigeria. Kingsley is also an alumnus of INSEAD Business School, where he earned an Executive MBA and the London Business School. His commitment to lifelong learning has enabled him to stay at the forefront of business leadership and innovation.
